Policy Landscape

Pennsylvania does not currently provide free school meals to all students. House Bill 180 and Senate Bill 180 would establish a statewide program providing breakfast and lunch at no cost to every student.

The proposals remain under consideration, but neither has advanced out of committee or received a legislative vote. School Meals for All has not yet been enacted in Pennsylvania.
